Consortium Agreement

Within the framework of Marie SkÅ‚odowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) projects, a Consortium Agreement (CA) serves as a critical legal instrument, establishing a robust foundation for collaborative research. This legally binding contract meticulously defines the roles, responsibilities, and obligations of each project partner, ensuring a cohesive and efficient execution of the project’s objectives. Key elements addressed within the CA include:

  • Intellectual Property (IP) Management
  • Financial Management and Distribution
  • Governance and Decision-Making
  • Publication and Dissemination
  • Responsibilities Regarding Deliverables and Milestones

In the case of the HumanIC project, a comprehensive Consortium Agreement is formally executed on April 1st, 2024. This agreement encompasses the collaborative efforts of ten Beneficiaries (BEN), who are the primary recipients of MSCA funding, and eight Associate Partners, who contribute valuable expertise and resources to the project. This multi-stakeholder collaboration, formalized through the CA, aims to optimize the HumanIC project’s outcomes and ensure a mutually beneficial partnership for all involved. This agreement is the cornerstone that defines the success of the project.
