Humanic project Managers

The HumanIC project’s success relies on a well-defined management structure with clear roles and responsibilities. The team is led by a Project Coordinator (PC) who oversees the entire project, ensuring alignment with objectives and efficient resource allocation. The PC is supported by a team of specialized managers, each responsible for a critical aspect of the project.

Coordinator Anna Bogdan (WUT)

The HumanIC Project Coordinator (PC) is the primary contact between the consortium and the Funding Authority, managing administrative and financial tasks. The PC ensures partner compliance, handles reporting, and facilitates communication. They also manage finances, provide documents, and submit deliverables, supported by a Financial Manager and Team.

Project Manager Wojciech Zaraś (WUT)

The HumanIC Project Manager (PM) is for daily project operations, including agenda preparation, progress reporting, risk communication, portal uploads, consortium communications, and meeting minutes.

Financial Manager Andrea Ianiro (UC3M)

The HumanIC Financial Manager (FM) plays a crucial role in supporting the financial and administrative aspects necessary for the successful implementation of the project. This involves a range of responsibilities, including managing the project’s budget, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements set forth by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and the Consortium Agreement.

Research Manager Guangyu Cao (NTNU)

The HumanIC Research Manager (RM) focuses on overseeing all interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research activities conducted within Work Packages 1 through 3. This role involves coordinating research efforts, ensuring the quality and progress of the research according to the project plan, and facilitating collaboration among the various researchers and partners involved in these work packages.

Training Manager Amirul Khan (Leeds)

The HumanIC Training Manager (TM) focuses on all matters related to the network-wide education and training of the Doctoral Candidates (DCs). This encompasses the development, coordination, and implementation of training programs and activities designed to equip the DCs with the necessary skills and knowledge for their research and future careers. This role is crucial for the professional development of the Doctoral Candidates and the overall success of the HumanIC project’s training objectives

Dissemination & Exploitation Manager Manuel Gameiro da Silva (UC)

The HumanIC Dissemination & Exploitation Manager (DEM) takes responsibility for coordinating all activities related to the dissemination of project results and the exploitation of any generated knowledge or intellectual property. This involves developing and implementing a comprehensive dissemination and exploitation strategy, identifying target audiences, and utilizing appropriate channels to communicate the project’s findings and potential applications.

Recruitment Manager Martin Kriegel (TUB)

The HumanIC Recruitment Manager (RM) takes responsibility for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process for the Doctoral Candidates (DCs). This involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the application process, organizing interviews and evaluations, and ensuring a fair and transparent selection of candidates. The Rworks closely with the project partners and ensures that the recruitment process aligns with the project’s needs and the regulations of the MSCA.
