Aalto University recently hosted the fourth HumanIC Cohort-Based Training, a five-day intensive programme uniting Doctoral Candidates, researchers, and industry partners. Centered around technical ventilation solutions, research data presentation, and professional development, the event featured scientific lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and collaborative knowledge exchange. Highlights included exploring modelling simulation and experimental methods, a study visit to the Halton factory, workshops on research data analysis and journal publication, and training in professional communication and teaching. Co-organized by Aalto University alongside key academic and industry partners, CBT4 successfully advanced participants’ technical expertise while strengthening network-wide collaboration.
